Workflow Actions
Two marketplace workflow actions let a contact automation start the same outbound behaviors as the Easy Assistants AI app.
Start AI Voice Call
Add this action to a contact workflow when a lead should receive an AI phone call. Typical use: contact created, incoming form, missed call, or appointment reminder.
- Choose the voice agent.
- Choose the from number.
- The action uses the contact's phone number.
- Optional fields can pass extra context into the agent, the same way dynamic values work elsewhere in your workflows.
Start AI SMS Outreach
Add this action when a contact should receive the SMS agent’s initial message. Replies continue with the AI agent in Inbox and, after provider setup, in the CRM conversation.
- Choose the SMS agent.
- The action uses the contact’s phone number.
- The first text is the agent’s configured initial message, including any values you map in.
Before you test a workflow
1. Confirm the location is connected to an Easy Assistants AI workspace.
2. Confirm the selected agent exists in that workspace and has a phone number.
3. Use a test contact you own.
4. Some accounts need premium workflow actions enabled on the location before custom marketplace actions appear.
