These terms govern access to https://easyassistants.ai and the Easy Assistants AI application (the “Service”) operated by Easy Assistants AI. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Easy Assistants AI provides AI voice and SMS agents, an operator inbox, call history, outreach campaigns, workflow actions, conversation providers, and CRM write-back for contacts, calendars, tags, custom fields, and opportunities. Marketplace listing access is free. Voice minutes, SMS, and related usage may consume workspace credits.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Agencies are responsible for the sub-accounts and users they invite. You must have authority to connect a CRM location and to grant the permissions requested at install.

Acceptable use

- Do not use the Service for unlawful calls or texts, including spam or calls made without required consent.

- Do not attempt to access other customers’ workspaces, probe the Service for vulnerabilities, or reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law.

- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

- Honor opt-out requests such as STOP and maintain records of consent.

AI output

Agents generate speech and text automatically. Output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You remain responsible for how agents are configured, which tools they may run, and any actions taken with customers. Review transcripts and inbox threads when accuracy matters.

Your data and CRM access

You retain ownership of your customer content. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Service, including sending it to telephony and AI processors. Connection tokens are used only to perform the features described in our documentation and Privacy policy. You can disconnect or uninstall to revoke access.

Third-party services

The Service depends on your CRM, telephony provider, and payment processor. Their terms apply to those products. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

Fees

If you purchase credits or a paid workspace plan, fees are due as shown at checkout. Unused credits may expire according to the plan presented in the app. Taxes may apply.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstall disconnects the location; it does not erase CRM records.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY AI ASSISTANT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your campaigns, your lack of consent, or your misuse of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
