Install and Connect
Agencies install Easy Assistants AI on a sub-account. The person installing approves access, then finishes setup in the Easy Assistants AI app.
Install from the marketplace
1. Open the marketplace and choose Easy Assistants AI.
2. Install it on the sub-account that should use AI voice and SMS.
3. Review the requested permissions and approve them. Each permission maps to a feature described on the Data and permissions page.
4. Complete sign-in to the Easy Assistants AI app when prompted.
Connect the location
Most installs connect automatically. If Integrations still shows a disconnected location, choose connect or authorize and complete the approval screen again.
Agencies that provision many client workspaces can also authorize at the company level from Settings. That lets new locations connect without repeating install on every account.
Finish SMS provider setup
Two-way SMS with the CRM inbox needs one extra step after install:
1. In the connected location, open phone / messaging advanced settings.
2. Set the SMS provider to Easy AI Assistant and save.
3. Return to Easy Assistants AI and confirm that you selected Easy Assistants AI.
Disconnect or uninstall
Uninstalling the app disconnects that location from Easy AI Assistant. It does not delete the CRM location, contacts, or calendars. You can install again later and reconnect.
