CRM Updates and Booking
Agents read and write CRM records so follow-up results land on the contact, pipeline, and calendar you already use.
Contacts
We look up contacts by phone during calls and SMS. If no contact exists, the app can create one. Updates from the conversation (name, email, notes, custom values) are written back so the CRM stays current.
Tags and custom fields
Outcome tags (for example booked, not interested, or voicemail) are applied after a call or SMS so workflows and reporting can branch. Call summaries and structured results are stored in custom fields on the location and contact.
Opportunities
When pipeline sync is enabled, Easy Assistants AI can read the contact’s opportunity and update stage or status from the outreach outcome.
Calendars and appointments
- The app lists calendars and open slots for the connected location.
- Agents can book, reschedule, or read existing appointments.
- Team calendar types (personal, round robin, collective, class, service) need staff visibility so the correct users are attached to the event.
- Booked appointments appear in the Easy Assistants AI Appointments view and on the CRM calendar.
