Getting Started
Easy Assistants AI is an AI voice and SMS workspace that follows up with leads, books appointments, and writes results back to your CRM.
After install, your team works in the Easy Assistants AI app. Voice agents place and receive calls. SMS agents send and reply to texts. The operate views — Overview, Inbox, and Calls — show what the AI team did, including transcripts, outcomes, and credit usage.
What you can do
- Build voice agents with scripts, knowledge, phone numbers, and CRM tools such as booking and contact updates.
- Build SMS agents with an initial outreach message, knowledge, and the same CRM tools.
- Run outbound voice campaigns from Voice Outreach.
- Trigger the same outbound call or first SMS from a contact workflow.
- Take over a live SMS thread when a person should reply instead of the AI.
- Keep conversations, appointments, tags, custom fields, and opportunities aligned with your CRM.
Suggested first hour
1. Install and connect the app on the location you want to use.
2. Open Integrations and confirm the CRM connection is active.
3. Create or review one voice agent and one SMS agent.
4. Assign a phone number to each agent.
5. For two-way SMS with your CRM inbox, set Easy Assistants AI as the SMS provider, then confirm that choice in the app.
6. Place a test call and send a test SMS. Check Inbox, Calls, and the CRM conversation thread.
7. Add Start AI Voice Call or Start AI SMS Outreach to a test workflow and enroll a test contact.
